Product Description
The ANV Knives Ultem BB A100-026 is a sturdy EDC pocket knife crafted in the Czech Republic by Acta Non Verba Knives. Its dimensions make it ideal for daily use.
The Drop Point blade with a plain edge is constructed from premium ELMEX steel, known for its toughness, ease of sharpening, and excellent edge retention.
The blade features a DLC coating, which stands for 'Diamond Like Carbon'. This coating is extremely hard, even surpassing the hardness of the steel itself. As a result, DLC is highly scratch-resistant and offers protection against corrosion. Although DLC is very hard, it is also a thin layer, so signs of wear will eventually appear.
The knife can be easily opened with one hand using the ANV button, a combination of a pin and a hole in the blade. The center of the opening button contains a Lumidot (reflective point) made from Swiss superluminova, which glows when exposed to light in the dark. Once opened, the blade is secured by an A-lock.
The handle is crafted from an extremely lightweight and durable yellow natural ULTEM composite material. Ultem is a high-quality thermoplastic known for its exceptional strength, durability, and thermal resistance. It is widely recognized for its practical applications in the aerospace industry and has recently gained popularity in the pocket knife market.
It includes a repositionable deep carry clip, allowing the knife to be tucked deeply into your pocket.
