Product Description
An elegant folding pocket knife, the ANV Knives Z400-015 BB, crafted in the Czech Republic by Acta Non Verba Knives. This is a modern dagger-style knife, but it features only one cutting edge, making it legal to own in many countries.
The dagger-style blade with a plain edge is constructed from Austrian tool steel Sleipner, known for its exceptional edge retention. The steel is not fully stainless, so ensure you dry the knife thoroughly after use.
The blade is finished with a DLC coating, which stands for 'Diamond Like Carbon'. This is an extremely hard coating, even harder than the steel itself, making it highly scratch-resistant and providing protection against corrosion. Although DLC is very hard, it is also a thin layer, so signs of use will eventually appear.
The knife features an integrated ball bearing. The blade itself is part of the ball bearing system, allowing for rapid opening. The blade is deployed using the Flipper, and once opened, it is secured by a liner lock.
The handle is made from black G10 composite material, offering a secure and comfortable grip. It includes a deep-carry wire pocket clip located at the end of the handle, secured with a stand-off. The clip can be switched for left-handed use.
