Kansei Matsuno is known for his extremely slim and lightweight designs, which combine elements of Japanese style with modern construction methods and materials. With the Böker Plus Takara product, the custom knife manufacturer now presents a significantly more massive gentleman's knife, which nevertheless has the same elegant design style. The size of the slightly curved knife is a perfect compromise between pocket suitability and versatility. The blade made of D2 steel has a fine longitudinal satin finish and the grooving on the top side of the blade offers not only a decorative element, but also serves as thumb support. It has ball bearings, opens with a front flipper typical of Japanese patterns, and is secured by a robust liner lock. The slightly shaped handle scales are made of fine cocobolo wood and sit on robust stainless steel liners. The continuous spacer is also made of stainless steel and creates a noble contrast with the dark parts. The equipment is complemented by a black leather lanyard and a CNC-milled three-dimensional clip.
