The Civivi Baby Banter 2 Green Canvas Micarta folding pocket knife is a compact and practical EDC (Everyday Carry) tool, crafted by designer Ben Petersen. This small pocket knife easily slips into your pocket, making it almost unnoticeable when carried.
The blade features a Drop Point design and is crafted from Grey Stonewashed German Nitro-V steel, a stainless steel known for its ease of sharpening. Nitro-V is also recognized for its toughness and excellent edge retention.
The knife's action is exceptionally smooth, thanks to the ceramic ball bearings. It allows for easy one-handed opening using the titanium thumb stud opener. Once opened, the robust Crossbar Lock secures the blade, preventing accidental closure during use. A notable advantage of this lock is its ambidextrous usability, catering to both left-handed and right-handed individuals.
The handle is constructed from green Micarta, an ideal material for pocket knife handles. This material offers a good grip, is relatively lightweight, and has an appealing aesthetic. It is made from fabric fibers and synthetic resin. Additionally, it includes a deep carry pocket clip.
