The most famous incarnation of the classic black stick was the Irish Shillelagh - a tool that was so terrifying in trained hands that the English banned it! In order to circumvent this law, the Irish modified the shillelagh into the classic walking stick that we know today. The modern interpretation of this beautiful and historically significant stick by Cold Steel is made of highly impact-resistant polypropylene. It is incredibly durable and easily cleaned with a little soap and water.
