The ANT Black Stone Washed knife from Extrema Ratio is the definition of compactness, robustness, and reliability. Its handle combines two different materials - anodized corrosion-resistant aluminum and a hardened steel frame, which also serves as a safety mechanism called the Frame Lock System. The folding ANT knife is equipped with a lanyard hole and a steel clip on the right side of the handle for easy pocket carry, simplifying portability and accessibility. The model is available in four versions, each using high-quality blade materials from the Austrian company Böhler, with which Extrema Ratio has been cooperating for many years.
The Ant Black and Ant Black Stone Washed versions are made of Böhler N690 steel heat-treated to 58 HRC, providing an ideal balance between sharpness and strength. Extrema Ratio prefers this steel for most of its knives due to its exceptional properties.
