The Fenix Olive Wood, Satin, is a versatile knife crafted by the Italian brand Fox Cutlery and designed by Yevgeny Khokhlov. Perfect for any outdoor adventure. Its compact size and lightweight design make it incredibly convenient to carry, while still maintaining the capabilities of a full-sized bushcraft knife. This outdoor knife features a full tang construction with a blade made from NIOLOX steel, catering to survival enthusiasts, hunters, and outdoor activity lovers.
Niolox - a tool steel known for its excellent edge retention and high durability. It is hardened to a range of 58-60 HRC, offering aggressive cutting ability and impressive impact resistance.
Blade - exceptionally sharp with a Straight Edge profile and a pronounced belly, making it ideal for various tasks. The plain blade is crafted with a high flat grind (Flat Grind), providing superior cutting edge geometry and outstanding cutting performance. It is elegantly finished with a satin polish. The slightly defined hilt prevents the hand from slipping onto the blade.
Handle - adorned with stunning olive wood grips featuring a unique grain pattern. They offer excellent ergonomics and a secure hold. The symmetrical design of the handle allows for both standard and reverse grips, particularly appreciated by users who prefer an inverted grip. The Fore Finger Groove, a deep cut beneath the finger, prevents accidental hand slippage onto the blade. At the back: a lanyard hole for attaching a cord.
Sheath - extended to protect the blade along with part of the handle. It is hand-stitched from natural black leather with the manufacturer's logo embossed. The edges of the sheath are stitched with decorative double stitching. It can be mounted to a belt or holster, allowing the knife to be carried in an upright position.
