Gerber Center-Drive Plus brings several important improvements. For example, the serrated blade has been replaced with spring-loaded scissors. Additionally, this model comes with an elegant leather sheath.
Screwdriver with lock function
The revolutionary feature of the Gerber Center Drive is a full-sized screwdriver in the center of the tool with a standard screwdriver bit. The magnetic attachment can be easily replaced and comes with Phillips and flat head bits. Both bits fit directly onto the screwdriver, and the second bit is stored in the bit holder. It is also possible to replace the bit with another one as needed. The lock on the screwdriver section ensures that the tool stays open or closed according to your preference.
One-handed opening pliers
The Gerber Center Drive tool also includes practical pliers that can be opened and closed with one hand thanks to a sliding mechanism. The spring system allows the pliers to automatically open, which is an advantage compared to other multitools. It is also easy to replace the wire cutter, even if it is dull.
