Gerber LMF II Infantry represents a durable and sturdy tool developed for military personnel. Experienced veteran Jeff Freeman was behind the concept of this knife, which serves as a reliable and durable companion.
Its blade is made of stainless steel 420C, allowing for easy sharpening of the blade even in the field. The blade has a serrated section suitable for cutting materials with high fiber content, while the smooth part is used for general tasks. The handle is made of nylon reinforced with fibers and covered with a rubber layer with texture, ensuring a comfortable and firm grip. This rubber layer also serves as insulation, protecting against potential electrical contact.
The presence of holes in the handle allows the knife to be attached to a stick, creating an improvised spear. On the back of the handle, there is a sharp point that can serve as a glass breaker or hammer. Gerber LMF II is truly a versatile tool that goes beyond the scope of a traditional knife.
