KA-BAR Combat Kukri 1280
A combination of new and traditional, proven elements and patterns made from high-quality materials brings new possibilities. All Black KA-BARS are designed to attract with a more modern design, while not losing anything in usability and functionality.
This model is based on the shape of its older brother, the Kukri Machete. It is approximately 80% the size of the larger version KA-BAR 1249 Kukri Machete, but almost equally good performance. It has a smaller profile, which makes handling and working with it easier.
The blade is made of 1095 Cro-Van carbon steel. The steel is prone to corrosion and is therefore protected by an epoxy powder coating. It is durable and greatly extends the lifespan of the blade. It reliably withstands perspiration, chemicals, water, and wear. The handle is made of non-slip Kraton G. It fits well in the hand even when wet. It is excellently balanced, slightly towards the tip, so the wrist does not suffer even during longer chopping. The knife has a sheath made of highly durable polyester.
Despite the combat history of these knives, they have found their place among enthusiasts of outdoor activities, camping, camping, and various bushcraft activities, which this knife also handles equally well.
