The Velvet Snake is a compact EDC folder crafted by the Bastard Knives studio. Its blade is forged from Böhler M390, renowned as one of the premier knife steels, and is vacuum-hardened with a cryogenic stabilization process. This treatment ensures the blade boasts exceptional abrasion resistance and maintains a sharp cutting edge for extended periods. The handle is constructed with a titanium frame, featuring an inlay of Damtanium carbon fiber from CamoCarbon, merging elegance with a modern flair. The framelock provides reliable safety and security during use, preventing any accidental blade closure. With the integration of ball bearings, the knife opens with remarkable smoothness and speed. Additionally, the titanium clip is designed for comfortable tip-up carry.
