In that same year, Leatherman sold its first multitool - the PST (Pocket Survival Tool).
The RAPTOR RESPONSE model is a tool made and designed mainly for rescue units in both civilian and military sectors. Apart from folding shears, it includes other practical tools. The medical shears are made of durable 420HC steel. They are combined with ring cutters, and on the blade, you can find a 5 cm ruler. The shears are equipped with a lanyard hole and a pocket clip for carrying.
