Product Description
The Luna Boost is the frame lock iteration of the acclaimed slip joint of the same name. The original slip joint Luna made waves in the knife community not only for its sleek and modern design but also for its compact size and impressive cutting performance. Its razor-sharp blade, with a legal carry blade length, quickly gained a loyal following. Due to overwhelming requests from Real Steel enthusiasts for a frame lock version, the Luna Boost was born.
While the Luna Boost may resemble its predecessor, it is a distinct upgrade. Beyond the frame lock, it boasts several enhancements. The original elongated fuller remains on the blade for opening, but we've introduced a detachable thumb stud. This allows for easy one-handed opening with a thumb push, or you can remove the stud and use the fuller for a two-handed opening.
The thumb stud is a unique feature designed specifically for the frame lock model, and no other Real Steel knives feature a detachable thumb stud like this. Additionally, this thumb stud is compatible with the original Luna slip joint model.
We've also upgraded to a beautifully crafted 3D titanium pocket clip, replacing the previous stainless steel clip with something more premium. Complementing this are the gold-bronzed small parts that add a touch of elegance to the titanium bead blast handle.
Without a back spring in this frame lock design, the two scales are secured with three matching bronzed standoffs, adding an extra bit of charm where the back spring used to be.
