Spyderco C223GPDGY Para 3 G-10 Dark Gray Maxamet
Spyderco - Para 3 is the latest generation of the famous Paramilitary folding knife family. Its history dates back to 2004, when the first series of Paramilitary knives was created. Based on that, Para 3 faithfully retains all the distinctive features of its predecessor, the best-selling Paramilitary 2, but in a smaller, more compact package. Although Para 3 is clearly based on Paramilitary 2, it was not named "Paramilitary 3" because the number "3" actually reflects the length of the blade, which is three inches, rather than the third generation of parametric design. This knife has its own "identity" as a standalone Spyderco product. It is made with various steels as well as a variety of handle color variations.
The blade is made from powdered, very hard Micro-Melt Maxamet steel. It is full flat ground, giving it exceptional cutting performance. The blade is secured by a solid compression lock located on the handle spine, allowing for easy one-handed opening and closing. The handle is dark gray in color, made from G-10 material and reinforced with stainless steel liners for added strength and durability. The pocket clip is four-position, meaning you can move it according to your needs. The handle features a large lanyard hole for attaching a cord.
