Spyderco - The Spydiechef is actually a highly evolved folding knife designed for versatile use, although its name and shape may remind you of a chef's knife. It fits excellently in the hand, is compact enough for everyday carry, and is comfortable to use. The blade is completely flat, elegantly curved, made of LC200N steel. This steel is the most modern tool steel, an alloy with a high nitrogen content. It is extremely tough and hard, yet incredibly resistant to corrosion. The circular hole on the blade allows for one-handed opening. The blade lock is a Frame-Lock, which securely locks the blade when open. The handle is composed of two solid titanium scales. For added safety when working near water, the handle has a lanyard hole. The pocket clip is two-position. Not only the blade and titanium handle, but also the pocket clip, screws, and all other components of the Spydiechef are corrosion resistant, made of highly durable alloys.
