Today, when we live in a pre-tech world, many of us like to spend our free time in nature. Every stay outside, a short trip or a planned longer stay, whether in summer or winter, can change in an instant. Peaceful moments of a beautiful day and relaxation are replaced by a change of weather, a summer storm, a winter blizzard or an accident - anything can surprise us, a person suddenly finds himself in an emergency. Survival in nature depends on several factors - plenty of water and food, heat and drought, first aid in case of injury.
