The blade is forged from 110 layers of Damascus steel, featuring a dual-core construction that combines 10Cr15CoMoV and 9Cr18MoV steels. This distinctive hybrid structure offers remarkable sharpness, enduring edge retention, and superb resistance to corrosion. Enhanced by vacuum and cryogenic heat treatment, the blade achieves a hardness of 60–62 HRC, ensuring exceptional cutting performance with lasting durability.
The handle is crafted from North American Desert Ironwood and complemented by black G10, providing both aesthetic beauty and practical functionality. The dense grain of the ironwood naturally resists warping, moisture, and wear, while the G10 enhances strength, grip, and stability.
